Hi again guys,

Sorry for the spam but I thought the previous email deserved to be sent by itself.

Pre season S&C Training will happen on the the last week of September (last week before term starts) from the 23rd to the 30th of September.

Shannon has told me this will be VERY IMPORTANT for next's year S&C because we are going to be doing lost of testing and preparation for new programs. Shannon will conduct the sessions and they will be specific to Judo, two times a day!

Could you please save those dates and let me know if you could make it? It would be great if everyone who is planning to do S&C next year comes for this!
