As always we have our sign up sheet for the upcoming week, put your name down for the sessions you’re intending to go and we’ll see you there. For anyone new, we have sessions on at the following times and dates.

Wednesday

16:00-17:00 beginner

17:00-18:00 advanced

Sunday

10:00-11:00 women’s
11:00-12:00 beginner
12:00-13:00 advanced
