Just a reminder that the training times this week are as follows:

Wednesday 1:30 pm - 3pm (Budokwai 4 Gilston Road London SW10 9SL ) We will be using the small room

Thursday 6:30 pm - 8 pm (Union Gym) 

Friday 8 pm - 9:30 pm (Union Gym)
