Subject: Grading Sunday 2nd December

Hi everyone,
Just wanted to remind all white belts that we will be having a club grading on Sunday 2nd December at the Energybase during our normal training session. This is a great opportunity for all you long term white belts to get a yellow belt and a chance for any new members to show us what you've learnt in the past few weeks. The grading will be quick and informal all you have to do is perform a few techniques and tell us what a few things mean. The full syllabus for Kyu gradings is in the front of the BJA licence. If you haven't got a licence you will need one for the grading so go to the BJA website and apply online.

Normal training will also still be on, we will have at least two coaches, probably 3. And hopefully we will have more mats.

See you all soon,
Jen
