Hi all!

New year is starting and we have a new S&C program ready, conducted by specialist at Ethos.

This program is for those aiming to go to competitions and who are ready to commit to two sessions a week of the program, attendance and punctuality are crucial, and the sessions are Mondays 8 - 9 am and Tuesdays 12-13 or 13 - 14. Also, those attending S&C should be committed to the Judo sessions too.

If you are interested, please reply to this email with your name, email and phone number as I have to compile a list. This also applies to those doing it last year and wishing to continue.
