Hey all New term is starting soon and we need to make a good impresion on all the freshers. As a first step can everyone please post any photos they have to the Judo facebook group. No training over summer holidays

Dear all, After one year, ICJC is ready to take a break over the summer holidays. There will be no more training till October this year. Please look forward to more trainings in academic year 07/08. Grading / last session

Hi guys, I think it would be a good idea to grade before the summer break. Rather than waiting till after summer - a little fatter and a little less in training, right? Budokwai grading next Sunday 24th June, book in 11am for a 12 noon start, £15. 4 Gilston Road London SW10 9SL. You will need an in date BJA licence and, for Kyu gradings, your theory done (Which I can do this Wednesday). Instead I will be doing a weight training session at Ethos. This should be useful for most of you. For access to the gym you need to have had your induction. The session will start inside the gym at 5.30pm. Make sure you get there before and do you warm up (cardio, stretching, etc) yourself, so that you're ready by 5.30pm (or as soon as I arrive). Sports in Hyde Park on Monday 28 !!

Hey everyone, As announced last Wednesday, we'll be going doing some sports in Hyde Park on Monday. Everyone's welcome to join and you can choose how hard or light you wanna make it. But if you want a hard workout, I'll make sure you get it! (Don't worry, we won't do any emabarrising stuff like uchi komi or so). Also, we can play some football or just chill out and enjoy the hopefully good weather. When? Meet at 13.00 on Monday 28 May. Try to get there in time. I may not be bringing my mobile along. Where? In Hyde Park, meet between the "Broad Walk" (connecting High Street Ken and Baystwater Road) and the Round Pond (see map). What to bring? Running stuff and water, maybe change of clothes (could shower at Ethos or so if required). If the weather's good and we wanna chill out in Hyde Park we can buy beers n stuff later.
