Well done to everyone who competed at BUCS! If you made mistakes, learn from them and look at everything in a positive way :)
Anyway, if you are interested in USIST, please reply to this email today or by tomorrow 8pm.
We will travel to Sheffield on Friday (13th March) afternoon, and fight on Saturday. The entry fee is £15, which includes entry to the competition, accommodation, food and entry to Sheffield union in Saturday evening.
This is one of the best events to attend, so do get involved!
Just reply with your weight category ASAP.
No grade restriction, but you will fight those with similar grades so don't get scared.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

Dear fellow Judokas!
I hope everyone is getting more and more excited as we approach BUCS. This email is to tell you about yet another exciting competition, which in my opinion is the best one of the year... USIST 2015 will be held between 13th - 15th of March, and the judo competition will be held on Saturday 14th March. Our aim is to travel down on Friday 13th March.
Saturday evening is filled with great socials hosted by the University of Sheffield, including a boat race between each competing university, followed by a night in the Union!
Anyway... the judo aspect is really good and it is a respected competition with top referees attending so if you would like to enter, please email me your chosen weight category. There is no grade limit.
Accommodation, entry to the union and food for Saturday is covered by the entry fee of £15, also covering the competition fee.
Please reply by 24th February!
Any questions, don't hesitate to contact me.

Hello fellow Judokas!
As BUCS is fast approaching with less than 3 weeks to go, some extra training will not hurt! Every Tuesday at 12 till 1, there is a 'Circuits' session in Ethos which is completely FREE, so I suggest we all go for the next 3 weeks to work together and improve. The circuits involve cardio-based stations as well as power and strength stations, so its a good all rounder for those with weight issues, and for those who would like to improve their general fitness.
So, if you choose to come TOMORROW, just say at the desk that you are going to 'Circuits'. Every Judoka is welcome, you do not have to be entered into BUCS to participate in some circuit fun!
See you there!
Judo Love,
Suzie xx
