Hello everyone, A reminder for everyone who's been training for this term to purchase Summer Term Mat Fees!! (mat fee purchasing commences here, take a wild adventure on the road to spending your final £12.50 for Imperial Judo 2012/13!) People who have purchased mat fees for this term, and therefore are exempt from wooden spoon beating and who also make me a happy captain are: Myself Andres Petr Sam Azadi Alde Juuso Matthias Oliver Guille Gloria Chong Thanos. If you've been training and haven't paid your mat fees yet, please do so ASAP! You only have until next Friday to pay as the finances shut down for the summer, so don't delay!! On another equally important note, please can anyone who has ordered a hoody pay for it before next Friday as well please, we only have 13/25 hoodies paid for so far!! Lots of Judo love, Alice

Last email of the day, Promise! ______________________________________- Dear all, In preparation for the forthcoming academic year Sport Imperial and The Spub are collaborating to implement a sporting social network to provide an online environment that will be accessible to all Imperial students, staff and alumni. The purpose of this tool is to increase participation in sporting activity across the Imperial community and to provide a platform whereby users can interact with each other, create activities and search and join activities. It is also a powerful tool which when used by sporting entities (such as clubs) can assist in advertising events, improving their event management activities, improving visibility and accessibility to the Imperial community and increasing their memberships. This platform will be piloted during the last month of the academic year, the summer break and the beginning of the new academic year with a view to adopting the new platform on a permanent basis. We invite members of groups and clubs participating in sports across the college community to join us on either of the following dates for a brief introduction and training. Pre Season Training

Hi again guys, Sorry for the spam but I thought the previous email deserved to be sent by itself. Pre season S&C Training will happen on the the last week of September (last week before term starts) from the 23rd to the 30th of September. Shannon has told me this will be VERY IMPORTANT for next's year S&C because we are going to be doing lost of testing and preparation for new programs. Shannon will conduct the sessions and they will be specific to Judo, two times a day! Could you please save those dates and let me know if you could make it? It would be great if everyone who is planning to do S&C next year comes for this! So far: Oliver Guille (?) Reuben (?) Matt Myself It would be a lot of fun and we will have few sessions at hyde park so I hope you all come along! End of Year House Party

Hi all! Your future captain here, sending my first official email! And of course, the first one could not be about any other thing than: END OF YEAR HOUSE PARTY! Yep, that is right. So, next Thursday 20th I am hosting a party at my house! The address is: Flat 115, Arthur Court, Queensway, Bayswater, W2 5HP. Closer station is Bayswater and plenty of buses go close too! We will start at 10 pm because some of us will be at ARCs, I know it is a bit late so make sure you are there at 10 ready for a great night ahead, we will play some fun games and it will be a great way of saying goodbye to what has been a great year! Mat fees and hoodies

Bonjour all! I hope exams are going well for everyone, and if you're finished that you're back to enjoying life to the full! This is a quick reminder to please * pay your mat fees*! So far only 8 people have, and I know that there have been far more people than that on the mat! It's only £12.50, so it won't break your bank account. On my happy face list are: Andres Olivares Myself Sam Azadi Petr Vikhorev Aled Moses Juuso Terava Matthias Seher Oliver Lantwin. Well done. :) Everyone else, please get yourselves sorted. If you can't work your way through the union website, quick link here: https://www.imperialcollegeunion.org/shop/club-society-project-products/jud… Also, for everyone who is purchasing a hoody (to come in at the beginning of next term) and has told Guille that they want one, please *make sure you pay for your hoody BEFORE the end of term* as we aren't allowed to take transactions over the summer months. Hi everyone, I am sure most of you have heard but *this Saturday* we will be having our *annual end of year dinner*. It's a great way to celebrate the successes of the year and also say a massive thank you to Glenn, and for those of you who know them, Judo's strength and conditioning trainers Mark and Shannon will be there too.
