Jake,
At the moment these events are coming-into us at the London Office on an ad-hoc basis. What I require is a list of students who we could contact with further information on individual events, as and when we require support.
The events are typically demonstrations at Olympic Sports Awareness days or School/Community Sports Festivals, and which are paid at a very reasonable rate.
If you could provide me with a name, address, email address, contact telephone number and grade for each of the interested students, I will be able to start circulating information regarding such events, and the students can then either offer their support or not.
Does that sound okay?

Hi Luke,
As of right now only Bronwyn Dawson would like to do the coaching course as Smudge is already aware of.
In terms of helpers I’m sure there are a fair few who would be up for it depending on the time and the event; do you have any extra info/ what it entails that I can pass on?
Thanks,
Jake

Jake,
Are there any of your club members which would like to enrol onto our list of coaches/helpers at any such events across London between now and the aftermath of 2012...
If so, please forward me their contact details asap.
Many Thanks.

Importance: High
Good Afternoon,
As 2012 draws ever nearer, Judo is attracting a heightened interest across London. Aligned with the impact of next year’s Olympic Games, there is an ever-increasing number of festivals and events at which we require support to deliver taster sessions and demonstrations.
The BJA has funding to support any UKCC/BJA Level 1 or 2 coaches as well as any BJA Instructors, who wish to help-out at any such events. The pay will be at a very competitive rate, especially for a student, so if this is of interest to you or any of your respective club members, please can you forward me their relevant contact details so I can add them to payroll.
Should you have any further questions regarding such opportunities, please do not hesitate to contact me at any time.
Kind Regards,
Luke.
