[Judo] Circuit & Weight training

Hi everyone, Ed got Eric Bonti (Budokwai Coach and British Champion) to show us some circuit and weight training at Ethos. We will meet this Wednesday (tomorrow) at 4:30 sharp in the gym and you'll have to be warmed up by then. After the training we will head over to Wilson House for the normal session. Everyone who is interested please drop me (wk06(a)doc.ic.ac.uk) an email! This is an excellent opportunity to get the max out of your gym sessions (or help if you are just kicking off)! This is a MUST for everyone who is going to compete at the end of Nov btw... Will

Dear all, I will be bringing in a batch of judo gi by next week. The range of gi's include the top of the range Master series gi at an equally top of the range price, the Black label gi which I would recommend to every beginner or even advanced guys in need of a new gi and the Red Label single weave gi for the budget conscious. You will notice a substantial discount over the prices shown on the website. Sizes are based on height. It is double weaved and comfortable on the inside. This will be the bulk of the gi that I will be getting for the club. I will stock up on Red label kits only on request. I aim to confirm the gi order by next Tuesday and have the kits delivered from next Friday onwards. If you are interested, please reply to this email with your height and general body size e.g. skinny, big... I would only wait till next Monday for a reply.
