so uhhmm, if any of you is free tomorrow 11am. come to the JCR, we quickly gona meet there to discuss what we do on freshers fayre. If any of you can help out, it would be great. We need to do some extra effort this year, as we have to convince pple to go all the way to wilson house.
As you probably know by now, our sessions will take place near paddington this year.... the first one should be tomorrow (monday). However, it is still pending, please check your emails.
Also, to access the place your swipe card needs to be activated for it. The security in Sherfield Building should be able to do so. I'll let you know tomorrow whether this works or not.

the plan so far is:
put up loads of posters, make flyers, maybe videos, and demonstration.
what we need to do is: find videos, computer, figure out what to do for the demo and know when and where to be. Make sure someone is always at the stall!
should b another fun year.
