ICSS just concluded our annual *Ordinary General Meeting (OGM)* on Thursday and we'd like to thank everyone for taking time off to join us! The purpose of the meeting was to update members on past and future events as well as gather feedback to better cater our upcoming events to you. Below is a quick summary of the meeting: 1. *Member benefits* were presented and it includes a £5 subsidy for events and various sports subsidies. Updates for *Ski Trip*, including the collection and return dates for clothing rental, was presented. A reminder will be sent out via email to those involved. 4. Keep 16th Feb, 1930 h free because *Major Event* will be held then! For performers, do keep 2nd Feb free for the great hall full run too! Tickets will go on sale early next year at £12 (£9 early bird). 5. An updated *sports budget* was presented, with a equitable split of resources instead of a flat 30% subsidy. Inter-society friendlies were also introduced so do join your various sports groups for more details! 6. The loaning procedure for *ICSS Board Games* was highlighted. Merry Christmas! Santa Claus will be holding a *Christmas Party* in Imperial College London and everyone is invited! Look forward to a night of Christmas-themed food, drinks and games! Psst! Did you know that Santa Claus has a sweet tooth for desserts? We will be holding a baking competition during the Christmas Party! The winners will be awarded a pair of Natural History Museum Ice-skating tickets!
