Now that we are in the middle of summer, it's time to start planning for Winter! ICSS will be having our annual *Ski Trip* this December to *La Plagne*, France. Come embrace the cool weather and enjoy the slopes together for a week! The details are as follows: *Date*: 15th - 22nd December 2018 (Bus departs London 14th Dec) *Location*: UCPA La Plagne, France *Price*: ~£425 per pax (+£5 for non-members) Full details including how to sign up will be announced at PDT and online on Facebook this Sunday, 15th July 2018, so get ready as places are first come first serve! This is just a reminder that the *Pre-Departure Talk 2018* will be happening this weekend! *Date*: 15th July 2018 *Time*: 2pm - 5pm - Registration for freshers and academic reps begin at 1.30pm - Seniors do not need to arrive at the start of the event; instead, please arrive by 3pm *Location*: Furama Riverfront Hotel, Venus Ballroom I For seniors, please wait at the area outside the Venus Ballroom on the day itself once you have arrived. A member of the executive committee will come out of the ballroom to bring you in when it is time for the course mingling session. Do note that we will be handing out a limited number of lanyards on that day itself for seniors who wish to be approached by any fresher or parent should they have questions.
