This week's issue of Kaya and Toast is going to be quite lengthy - but there are a lot of important information contained in this issue so do read on carefully!
First and foremost, our event "Take a Break, Have a Kit-Kat" is taking place *this coming Wednesday, 24th April, 9.30am at Hyde Park.* Light refreshments will be provided *(FREE KIT-KAT!)* and there are prizes to be given away! If you did not receive the invite (just in case, check your spam folders), we sincerely apologise for the lapse. Please drop us an email at sfp2013@ic-singsoc.net so that we can update our database and send one to you! There will be a *catered dinner* and* free polaroids* will also be given to graduating seniors who attend the party so do remember to click * GOING* on your invitation!

It is essential that you have a good look through the guide as *there are changes made to the structure of Team Sojourn this year, as compared to previous years*. Most importantly, all interested parties will be an OGL and also take up a secondary appointment in different sub-committees e.g. Ninjas/Design/Media/Games.
If you are interested to be part of Team Sojourn, the 31st Exco would like to have a casual interview with you to find out more about you and the roles that you are interested in. The Meet and Greet sessions will be held on *1st May (Wednesday) and 4th May (Saturday) at SAF rooms G62 and G63* - do indicate your available timings on the sign-up sheet so we can properly allocate you to a timeslot that is convenient for you. As the year comes to a close, it's time for mugging, exams and then goodbyes. While many of us will be back for another year of fun and madness, others will be moving on to the next stage of their lives.
At this year's Seniors' Farewell Party, we will be celebrating all the memories from over the years - the joy and laughter, the friends and family, the blood, sweat and tears. Join us in bidding farewell to our dear seniors through fun and games, as well as a catered dinner!
The details are as follows:
When: 24th May 2013, Friday, 6-10pm Where: EEE509 What: *Catered dinner, crowd games, assorted board games to chill with and endless photo-taking* *Free polaroids* will also be given to graduating seniors!

------------------------------ 2. Take a Break, Have a Kit-Kat
Tired from revising through your work? Drained from studying for the exams? This is the time to give yourselves a break and take a half day off to relax and play some games! We are organising a half-day games event and the details are as follows:
Date: 24th April 2013 (Wednesday) Time: 0930 - 1230 Venue: Hyde Park, beside Royal Albert Memorial
We will be providing equipment for the following sports: *Soccer, Captain's Ball, Touch Rugby and Frisbee*.
If you are not so keen on sports, we will also be providing card games so you'll be able to play *Bridge, Taboo, Saboteur and Monopoly Deal*.
*Light refreshments will be provided **(FREE KIT-KAT!) *and there will also be *prizes* for a finale game that will be played!
In the event of wet weather, those playing sports may continue to do so at their own discretion, the rest however will be ushered to EEE407 where we will have a mini karaoke session and continue playing card games!

Enjoyed the time you spent at Sojourn last year? Made lasting friendships out of the people you met in your OG? This is the chance for you to help the next batch of freshers experience a memorable Sojourn and aid them along their new life in London!
This year, we are adopting a slightly different structure to Team Sojourn - all interested parties will be appointed an OGL and also take up a secondary role in a sub-committee e.g. Ninjas/Design/Media/Games. It is also possible for those who do not wish to commit to the role of an OGL but who are still interested in helping out for Sojourn to just take on a role in a sub-committee.
