1. Esplanade Testing Version

This is the version formatted by Groupspaces using the new mailing list hosted on Imperial servers. I think some of us have seen this before, but not everyone.

2. Functionality

If the Groupspaces formatting works for longer this time, we can have effective hyperlinks, and pre-formatted email messages. Also, we can be assured of proper formatting and no margin leak.

Also, we can open up the editing to the exco members, and Boss/ Vice-Boss can view the page before sending.

Request for approval to go ahead and port the existing/fresher members over, and use the Groupspaces formatting.
