1. Temasek Holdings Recruitment (Biomed Science and Medicine)

Calling all graduating students in Biomedical Science or Medicine, Temasek Holdings wants you! Representatives from the Life Sciences Investment Group will be in town on 31May 2012 to meet interested candidates.

2. Dialogue Session with DPM Teo Chee Hean

Hi everyone,

Our alumni, the Imperial College Alumni Association of Singapore (ICAAS), will be organising a dialogue session with DPM Teo this coming Summer holiday. Here are the details for the event:

Date: 25th July 2012
Time: 6:30pm
Location: Singapore Polytechnic

Cost: £10 for early bird ticket, £15 at the door

The entire session comprises dinner, followed by a speech by DPM Teo and a dialogue session on the topic: "Social Media and its Role in Shaping Society". This event is open only to Imperial students and alumni.

The last time the ICSS-ICAAS had a dialogue with DPM Teo was 15 years ago, where he launched our old society logo during the event. So this is definitely a chance not to be missed!

3. Seniors Farewell Party 2012

Not much time left! Please hurry sign up with the food you are intending to bring so that we can have a better gauge of the spread and numbers. All graduants are encouraged to sign up too, so that we can cater to your wishes (to the best of our ability)! Thanks!

5. 30th Anniversary Logo Design

Deadline for Logo Design is coming closer! Remember to submit your entry by tomorrow, 18th May 2012 to liaisonsofficer@ic-singsoc.net.

Some guidelines:
1. Should embody the 30th Anniversary spirit
2. Should be distinguishable from, and should complement, the official ICSS logo
3. Should not contain any objectionable content

Shortlisted designs will be voted for by the society and the winner will receive a £30 Mark and Spencers' voucher! Good luck!
