Within a blink of an eye, another year has passed us by. For many of us, its time to move up a year. For those in their final year, its time to bid farewell to this institution as a brand new chapter of their lives unfold. The above quote comes from a song that asks a deep question. How do you exactly measure a year? And so, the time has finally come for us all to reflect on the year and for the 26th Executive Committee to step down. It has been a great pleasure serving each and every one of you. **ICSS ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2009** Date: 18th March 2009 Time: 3 pm Venue: Room 340, Huxley Building There, the 26th will review the past year and most importantly, the elections for the 27th Executive Committee will be held. They will be the ones writing the next chapter of Singsoc history. For those who still wish to submit their manifestos, please continue to do so as we will update the website on a rolling basis but only **until this Sunday**. Stand and make yourself known.
