1. Happily ever after... Final Major Event update
Dearest brothers and sisters, Doesn't everyone love happy endings? Yet, despite the fact that Umber and Cindy have found their sole-mate in one another, it is with a tinge of regret that I must announce the close of that chapter of the story. Indeed, as the lights dimmed in the Great Hall last Saturday evening, the end of Solemates signified a climatic finish to the months of preparation and sacrifice put in by the Cast and Crew. The positive reviews and comments from many members of the audience served as confirmation of the team's efforts, and many thanks goes out to the entire production team for putting on an outstanding performance. The word has even reached Felix, the Imperial College students' newspaper, such that an article on Solemates will be published in this week's edition! Spread the word, and remember to grab your copy of Felix tomorrow. While it is sad that the chapter of Solemates has come to a close, the story has far from ended! What lives on even after the lights go down are the friendships, and the strong bonds formed between the members of our community here after months of working as one team, for one goal.
