Hello everyone!
We have concluded our
Ordinary General Meeting (OGM) yesterday, thank you for coming down to listen to our presentations! For those who missed it, the OGM was held to provide a recap of past events and give updates to new initiatives, keep
our members informed about our society and a platform for our members to clarify any doubts and give constructive feedback so that we can serve you better.
Below is a quick summary of the OGM:
1.
Member benefits were presented, which includes subsidy for events, sports and even a brand new
ICSS Membership Card! If this sounds good to you, go ahead and get your membership
here!
2. Upcoming events like Christmas Party, CNY dinner and Major Event were presented.
3. Updates for Ski Trip, including the collection dates for clothing rental, was presented. A reminder will be sent out via email to those involved.
4. Keep 29th Feb, 1930h free because Major Event will be held then! For performers, do keep 8th, 16th and 23rd Feb free for the Great Hall full-runs too! Meenatchi also introduced the
ME and Singsoc Hoodie, do look out for updates on it if you want your hands on some special merch!
5. For
Play@ICSS, the budgets and recap for WSG and NWG were presented! Inter-society friendlies were also introduced so do join your various sports groups for more details!
6. The loaning procedure for
ICSS Board Games (pssst...got mahjong too!! 🀄
) was highlighted. Click

borrow them! Remember, they're not available for loaning over the holidays.
7. A
financial report was presented.
8. An update was presented on our various
Liaison channels, such as Facebook, Website and the ICSS Travel Drive. Hopefully you can use the travel drive for further inspiration on your future travels!
