The weather is really hot, isn't it? ICSS is also in the heat of all the various events of our freshers' package right now! The Pre-Departure Talk was successfully concluded last Saturday, 13 July. We would like to extend our greatest appreciation and gratitude to all who came down to support. Moving ahead, we will see exciting events like Sojourn, Warwick Summer Games and UKBound coming up!

In addition, sign-ups for the annual ICSS Ski Trip 2013 are open! Do sign up early as priority will be given to those who sign up early!

The annual pre-departure talk was successfully concluded last Saturday, 13 July. To all the academic representatives, sports representatives, and all other seniors who came down to help, thank you so much! We hope that you enjoyed interacting with the freshers and providing guidance to them.

It’s time for Imperial Ski Trip sign-ups! This year we managed to secure a fantastic package to ski at UCPA La Plagne. There will be 134 slopes for you to explore, with 225 km worth of pistes, not including all the off-piste terrain. Do not worry if you are new to this sport either - there will be lessons catered to all levels, and with most participants being beginners, you will never fall alone.

Here are the details of this year's ski trip: 

Location: UCPA La Plagne, France (All meals catered)
Date: 13th December 2013 - 22th December 2013
(Leaving Imperial College on Friday night, arriving on Sunday morning)

Cost: £488 for ICSS members; +£5 administrative fee for non-members
