1. Looking for a tenant from mid June '09 onwards

If you are about to start work this year and would like to live near the city, we have a double room available from mid-June.

It is in a 3 storey converted house and is well furnished. The area is fully serviced by tube, bus and train and located in SE1.

It is very convenient to get to liverpool street, fleet street, canary wharf etc and is a stone throw away from Southbank and IMAX.

2. Item for Sale

Hi, I'm selling a shelf from Argos with four levels for £15 (RP £24.49). Please refer to the following link for details:

The shelf can be assembled and taken apart easily. Please note that the screw attached to one of the silver rod is loose but doesn't affect the shelf. Self-collect at High Street Kensington.

Single room for rent at 4 West Cromwell Road.

Room comes with a spare bed should guest be staying over.

Internet, water and electricity already set up.

 
Price is 117 a week, excluding utilities.

Available from early July to 18th September.

Total rent for two full months (early July to 18th September) will cost 1000 pounds.
