Elections and Annual General Meeting Dear all, *AGM 2018* ICSS will be holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) to conclude and review the 35th leadership cycle that will be ending in March 2018. The details of the meeting are as follows: *Date: 28 February 2018 (Wednesday) Time: 1300 - 1700 h Venue: Skempton 164 LT (Please note this confirmed change in venue.)* The agenda for the meeting has been sent out via email to all registered members of ICSS. As usual, AGM is a members-only event so please purchase your membership if you intend to attend AGM. *Leadership Elections 2018* This year, the ICSS Elections will be held together with the Imperial College Union Leadership Elections 2018. *Hustings for the 36th Executive Committee Elections will be conducted at the AGM.* Online nominations are now open. The guidelines for the elections have also been sent out via email to all registered members of ICSS. Members who are interested in running for the 36th ExCo must read through the instructions carefully. Similarly, do email me if you have yet to receive the election guidelines. *Voting will be carried out online from 2 March to 9 March 2018 this year.* Do take note that the right to vote in the Leadership Elections 2018 for ICSS is member-exclusive. ICSS-ICAAS Most Outstanding Student Award Every year, the Imperial College Alumni Association of Singapore (ICAAS) accepts applications for the Most Outstanding Student Award (MOSA). The primary purpose of MOSA is to identify and recognise the Most Outstanding Student who has rendered outstanding services to the Imperial College Singapore Society (ICSS), the Singaporean community in the UK, and the larger student community at Imperial College London. The candidate should possess leadership qualities, exhibit merit, display integrity, and have an outstanding character. Since 2010, MOSA has carried a $1000 prize along with the award. Eligibility: - Applicant must be enrolled at Imperial College London. - Applicant can be a final-year undergraduate or graduate student. - Applicant must be a Singapore citizen. - Applicant cannot be currently on the ICSS Exco. Selection: - Candidates must be available for interview in Singapore by the ICAAS Award Committee. - The decision made by the ICAAS Award Committee is final. - The award will be presented to the winner at the ICAAS Annual General Meeting.
