We will be holding our Annual General Meeting (AGM) for AY2016/17 on the 1st of March and the details are as follows:

Date: 1 March 2017

Time: 1300 - 1700 hrs

Venue: EEE LT 408

You can find attached a copy of the agenda. Please indicate your attendance here by 27th February if you wish to attend. Do take note that this is a members-only event; please remember to purchase your membership. 

This year, the ICSS Elections will be held under the Imperial College Union Leadership Elections 2017. Hustings for the 35th Executive Committee Elections will be conducted at the AGM. 

The guidelines for elections are attached in this email. For those who are interested in running for the 35th ExCo, please read through the instructions carefully. 

Do take note that voting will not be conducted at the AGM this year and will instead be carried out online from 3rd - 10th March 2017.
