1. Extraordinary General Meeting and By-Elections
Hi everyone!
As you may know, there are still vacant positions in the 39th Executive Committee. As such, a By-Election would
be held in the form of an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on 14th April. This time, the election would not be held on
the Union website; however, the election will still be legitimate, so do not worry!
If you wish to run for a position, do ensure to send in your manifestos by
11th April to the following email address:
julian.syn19@imperial.ac.uk.

Do note that you would have to attend the By-Election in order to vote, as they will be held immediately following the speeches by the candidates.
