7. Flatmates Wanted for 52 Queen's Gate

Hi all,

The 3 second-years in 52 Queen's Gate are looking for 3/4 other flatmates for the next academic year. We've got a couple of rooms available and can accommodate both those looking for single rooms and those for twin sharing rooms. With 6 people in total, rent should be about 120 to 150 pounds per week. Summer rent will be required as well.

The flat is opposite the National History Museum and is only 2 minutes from the College. The flat was recently renovated so it's still very pretty. We've stayed in it for almost a year so the early problems have been ironed out and you can be assured of a trouble-free stay.

A flat this large and so close to Imperial is rare, so if you want to be able to leave home 6 minutes before a lecture, feel free to contact us for more information!
