2. ICAAS 40th Anniversary Gala Dinner
Hi everyone!
I hope everyone is having an enjoyable summer break! On behalf of the Imperial College Alumni Association of Singapore (ICAAS), I would like to publicise the upcoming Gala Dinner organised in celebration of ICAAS' 40th Anniversary.
Established in 1977, ICAAS was founded with the objective to further the interests of graduates/past students of Imperial College in Singapore. It has grown over the years into a strong network of professionals, bonded by friendships forged since college days in the United Kingdom.
This year, we are privileged to have ICAAS Patron, Deputy Prime Minister and Co-ordinating Minister for National Security, Mr Teo Chee Hean, gracing the event as our Guest-of-Honour. The Gala Dinner will feature a dialogue session - In Conversation with DPM Teo Chee Hean - where DPM Teo will speak on Science & Innovation as our next engine of economic growth.
We hope you will join us at this celebration to rekindle friendship with old pals or make new acquaintances with fellow Imperial College graduates.

*Imperial College graduates who are non-ICAAS member can sign up for ICAAS Ordinary membership at S$36 (annual) or Life membership at S$300 (one time) when registering to enjoy the subsidised member's rate of S$100.

3. Ski Trip 2017
Hey everyone!!!
I hope all of you are coping well with the summer heat. If you are already missing winter, here’s something freezingly exciting to look forward to this coming winter holiday! The annual ICSS ski trip details are now out, and specially arranged to ensure you have a splendid winter holiday!
This year, ICSS will be heading to the slopes of Tignes for a week of fun, snow and excitement! The package includes return transport via coach, daily buffet-style meals, UCPA accommodation and much more!
Details are as follows:
Date: 16 – 23 December 2017 (Saturday – Saturday) (Coach to depart ICL on 15th night)
Venue: Tignes Ski Resort
Price: £549 (+ £5 for non-ICSS members)
Don’t worry if it’s your first time skiing or snowboarding, because the huge variety of slopes (access to both Tignes and Val d’lsere included; how worth is that!) and instruction lessons for all skill levels will definitely prepare you well to brave the slopes and get some cool videos of yourself.

4. UKBound 2017
Can’t wait to join a fresh and new event? Look no further! Surprise Surprise! This year, the newly revamped UKBound will be a gala party; a night of mingling and bonding, complete with buffet-style dinner and filled with games and performances to facilitate friendly interaction between different UK universities.
