Hello everyone! First of all, thank you to all those who have already signed up for Team Sojourn 2018! With your help, we will be able to show the incoming class of freshers what an incredible family ICSS is! Nonetheless, there are many more positions to be filled, and we sincerely hope that everyone would participate in one way or another. Sign-ups close on 22nd April, 2359h, and can be done through the form below. 

The tentative dates for Sojourn is 17-19th August 2018. Additionally, the dry run for Sojourn will either be held on 28-29th July or 4-5th August 2018. If you are unsure or unable to make it for any of the dates, please do let us know in the sign-up form. 

Everyone who signs up will be an OGL along with a secondary role of your own choosing, or an OGH. The secondary roles available, along with their relative commitments, are as follows: 

Game Masters: Planning & executing beach games, amazing race, etc. 
Media & Publicity: Designing of the camp shirt, photography etc.
Ninjas (Logistics): Purchasing & preparing logistics before the games.
Secret Freshers: Breaking the hearts of freshers at the end of Day 1 / Day 2.
Orientation Group Head: The Mama/Papa bear that brings together the entire OG.




Additionally, we really want to meet everyone involved in Sojourn 2018, and hope that those who signs up are able to attend a Meet & Greet session, which are held on 26th April, 2nd May & 3rd May. You will be able to indicate your preferred time slots in the sign up form.
