Hey everyone!
For those of us in Singapore, I hope you are all having a wonderful time back home with your friends, family and fiery weather, and for those of us who have other commitments like Summer School or internships, just remember your home away from home!
Pre-Departure Talk 2016 will be held on 9 Jul 2016, 1400-1700 at Furama Riverfront Hotel, Venus Ballroom. For those of you who missed the sign-ups for Academic Reps, but still wish to attend the talk, you can indicate your attendance HERE by 12 pm, 7 Jul 2016!
If you aren't already sweating enough in Singapore, then look out for Warwick Summer Games (WSG) 2016! WSG will be held on 27 Aug 2016, 1000-1800 at Republic Polytechnic. More details, such as what games are available, can be found below. Details regarding sign-ups will be released at a later date, but for now do join the respective sports Facebook groups, contact your sports reps, or email us HERE!

1. Pre-Departure Talk 2016
Hello everyone,
Pre-Departure Talk (PDT) 2016 is an annual event held by ICSS to help incoming freshmen with any doubts they might have about studying at Imperial, and to introduce them to the ICSS community. The details for PDT are as follows:
Date: 9 Jul 2016, Saturday
Time: 1400-1700, registration begins at 1330
Venue: Furama Riverfront Hotel, 405 Havelock Road, Venus Ballroom
For those of you who missed your chance to sign-up as an academic rep, fret not! You are still welcome to join us at PDT, and you can indicate your attendance HERE by 12 pm, 7 Jul 2016!
In addition, if you have any juniors or friends whom you know to be joining Imperial the next academic year, do invite them to the Facebook group HERE, and direct them to the Freshers' Package Form HERE!

2. Warwick Summer Games 2016
Hi all!
Hope everyone is back in Singapore enjoying the holidays and getting some much needed Vitamin D! And what better way to get your Sojourn bod, than by training for this year’s Warwick Summer Games (WSG)!
This year, WSG, which is an annual event organized by Warwick Singapore Society for all Singaporean students studying in universities across the (UK), is back for its 8th edition. It promises to be a fun-filled, awesome event with plenty of opportunities to forge strong bonds with students from other UK universities. The details are as follows:
Date: 27 Aug 2016, Saturday
Time: 1000-1800
Venue: Republic Polytechnic
The games available are as follows:
Sports: Basketball, Netball, Floorball, Futsal, Frisbee, Touch Rugby, Badminton, Table-Tennis and Captain’s Ball
Non-sports: Monopoly Deal and Bridge
More details regarding signups will be released at a later date. For now, if you are interested in any of the sports mentioned, please do join the respective sports facebook groups or contact your friendly sports reps to receive the latest updates on training sessions!
