1. Message from the President

Hi everyone,
First of all, I would like to make use of this newsletter to thank the outgoing 34th ExCo for all their hard work and dedication in the past year. I think that they have done an immense job of turning London into a home away from home, and as one of the freshers who benefitted so much from their initiatives, I would like to extend my sincerest gratitude to them.
After a week of handovers, we, the 35th ExCo, are ready and raring to go. We've got a series of events lined up for you to start of our term, and I hope that you will look forward to these initiatives and support them, in our collective endeavour to make a loving family in this home away from home. In addition, as plans for the summer are also slowly taking shape, we hope that you can also find the time to support these events, so that we can show everyone what this Imperial Singsoc family is all about! :)
Like I've said before at AGM, I'm a big fan of "paying it forward"; and so I hope that in the coming Easter break and beyond, we can all do a little something for the people and friends around us. A little word of encouragement or a small act of kindness can go a very long way.
Enjoy your Easter holidays!
Your Disney President,
Benjamin
