Hello everyone!

ICSS will be holding our Ordinary General Meeting (OGM) as a platform to update all members and to hear any feedback on how the society has performed to help us improve in the remainder of our term! The details are as follows:

Date: Monday, 02 December 2019
Time: 1800 - 1930
Venue: Skempton LT 201 (TBC)

Please take note that this is a members-only event, so please purchase your membership from the Union Shop (tinyurl.com/icusingsoc) if you would like to be a part of the day's proceedings. The tentative agenda for this upcoming OGM can be accessed at this link.

In addition, packed dinner will be provided at the meeting for all members who register their attendance with us via this form (tinyurl.com/icssogm2019) by Sunday, 24 Nov, 2359hrs.

This year, OGM will be followed by Board Games Night, where there will be a range of board games available (Avalon, Sushi Go!, Bang etc) for everyone to have fun together and just relax as we approach the end of autumn term! The whole event will last until 2200hrs on that evening.

Hey everyone!

Following the wildly popular response to our last musical outing, we have gotten even better discounts for next term’s one. On January 29th, we will be going to the critically acclaimed musical... WAITRESS! 🥧

Nominated for multiple awards since its original production, this musical is a must-watch for theatre lovers. This time, we’ve gotten seats in the stalls (rows K-M, for the discerning theatre-goers). Enjoy the production from the optimal position to view the stage, and get up close to the action going on.

What’s even better? Sara Bareilles is scheduled to be in West End on 29th Jan! For those of you who don’t know this amazing singer whose works include “Love Song” and “Brave” (shame on you), she is the original composer of the scores for Waitress too. For only six weeks, she will be reprising her role as the lead character in London’s production along with Gavin Creel. Don’t miss out on this rare opportunity to watch a performance by original cast members!
