Hello ICSS!
Its been some time since the last Kaya and Toast and we hope everyone has had a lovely summer. We hope that everything is going well in London yeah? (:
We've had a tremendously successful Pre-Departure Talk, our first physical one in three years. It was only possible with the generous support of YOU, our ICSS senior community, who put up an amazing show guiding our Freshers on the ins and outs of living in London. Someone even made slides to present to the Freshers (iykyk ;)).
We've organised an amazing Sojourn, VESMIR 2022, where we brought together the entire SingSoc Community in Singapore for 3 days of fun. We made great memories and friends that will last a lifetime. This was only possible withe the support of our awesome OGHs, OGLs and Seniors who were involved in every step of Sojourn planning.
Then we followed up with UKBound, Mums and Dads and Academeet. Freshers were able to gain valuable advice from their seniors and party the night away with Freshers from other universities.
With Hall Walkabouts just completed, we're so excited to put together an amazing lineup of events for you here in London. Stay Tuned!

hope London’s treating you well! mark your calendar’s 📆 cause our first event is back again! grab your friends, a frisbee/volleyball, and bring snacks for sm fun and intros in London’s famous Hyde Park. we do have sandwiches 🥪 and refreshments for you, but we’d love to see your sweet cooking skills too. 🌮 round pond is where it’s at, but exact locations will be dropped on that day. board games, frisbee or soccer ⚽️ balls would be welcome :)
