Hello new cavers, This is what's going on in the caving club over the coming weeks: *Tree Training* Every *Wednesday* this term at* 1:00pm* (weather permitting) in *Prince's Gardens*. We generally meet in *Beit Quad* to collect our equipment at * 12:50pm *then walk over together. We will show you the basics of SRT (single rope technique) that will be needed for the trips later in the term, this is also a great place to meet your fellow cavers and sign up for trips. *Pub Meet* Every *Tuesday from 7:30pm* we will be meeting in the *union bar*, so if you have any questions, want to sign up for trips or just want to hear tales of caving glory then come along. We'll be the ones with the caving helmet. *Fresher's Talk* On *Wednesday the 10th of October* we will be hosting a talk at *1:00pm in Meeting Room 3* in the Union. This will go through what our club is about, what to expect from trips and a look at our summer Slovenian expedition.
