Hi all, So recently we've had a lot of people cancel on a trip with quite short notice so I just want to clarify some things. To start with please tell us as soon as you know, don't wait for us to ask or email you about the trip. In future, to avoid being charged, please cancel before 5pm on the Tuesday before the trip. If you cancel later you may get charged if we can't find someone to take your place. We understand that sometimes unavoidable things can crop up but please do take into account that you may be charged The longer you give us the more likely we are to find someone else. It's unfair when we have to turn people down for a trip then end up leaving with a space in the minibus. Sorry to be such a misery, have fun caving in the future!
