Hello cavers, The next trip is in two weeks time, the *25-27th October.* We'll be going to South Wales, staying at the CSS caving hut<http://www.chelseaspelaeo.org.uk/cottage.htm> and clambering around Agen Allwed <http://www.ogof.org.uk/agen_allwedd.html>. Come along, its only £31 for first-timers, including membership of the club. Email me if you are interested. Membership<https://www.imperialcollegeunion.org/shop/club-society-project-products/caving-products/2883/caving-membership-13-14> Trip Fee<https://www.imperialcollegeunion.org/shop/club-society-project-products/caving-products/3451/fresher%27s-trip-fee---%C2%A315> In November we'll be going North to Yorkshire and Derbyshire to have a go at deep vertical caves. This will involve the SRT (abseiling and prussiking) we teach at our tree training. *Pub Meeting* We'll be in the Union Bar at 7.00pm every *Tuesday*. We'll have a big red caving helmet on the table (or on someone's head) so it should be easy to spot us. Come and find out more about caving, our trips and expeditions. If we're particularly convincing you can even sign up for one! *Tree Training* We had to cancel yesterday due to rain but don't worry we'll be there next *Wednesday at 1pm* in Prince's gardens. We'll be doing tree training<https://union.ic.ac.uk/rcc/caving/photo_archive/trips/2003-11-00%20-%20treetraining%20-%20lyndon/dirindex.html>. showing you how to use the caving kit in the trees. We will probably have something a little more complicated set up next week, so even if you've been before it will be worth coming again. Any questions, don't hesitate to ask!
