Here is what we have decided (based on a poll): If we don’t have a minibus for a trip: * Everyone pays a £17 deposit (reduced to £13 for hut members as they pay lower hut fees). * Transport is organised by the club, and the total cost of transport is then subsidised and split between everyone who came on the trip (adjusted for distance travelled for those who don’t live in London). * This means that there will be 2 shop products – 1 before the trip and 1 after * The total cost is capped at £45 (reduced to £41 for hut members). * For any drivers carrying club humans or kit, the total amount of petrol can be claimed since you are making our trips possible * If anyone is travelling on their own (no club humans/kit) - £17 + you pay for your own transport cost (i.e. only buy the deposit) (reduced to £13 for hut members) If minibuses become available: * Anyone travelling on the minibus - £45 (reduced to £41 for hut members) * Anyone travelling in their own car - £17 + own transport cost (reduced to £13 for hut members) Please note that we may adjust (possibly reduce) the trip fee amounts next term, based on the amount of loss of the next few trips.
