Hello Cavers, It's everyone's favourite time of year! The Annual General Meeting! It is happening today (19th) at 7.30pm in the union bar. Many of you may not have come caving with us this year or at all, but no matter this is the perfect opportunity to (re)introduce yourself. *Today (19th) at 7.30pm in the union bar!* Things we'll be doing: - President's report - Celebrate the successes of the club (with beer) - Treasurer's report - Celebrate our bankruptcy (with beer) - Elections - Pick the vibrant go-getting team that will inspire and lead next years cavers (beer will be involved) - Awards - Decide who is most worthy of our much sought after awards; 'Herman Herz:Lucky Escape while Caving' and 'For Evans Sake: Creative Use of Bodily Fluids' (winners will be consoled with beer) - Whatever else I've forgotten (I said beer, right?) So come one, come all for an evening of merry making and speeches, much reminiscing and misty eyed discussions of the future. I am fully expecting to see every single one of you at the AGM, lack of attendance will be noted on your record.
