Hey guys, *Tree Training CANCELLED* Tree training is cancelled today because its raining and generally quite grim out there. If you want to do some training before next trip, let me know and I can set something up another lunchtime. *Next Trip - Yorkshire 8/11/13* The next trip is completely full but don't worry, if you want to come caving we've still got one more trip this term. *Derbyshire 22/11/13* We'll be going to Derbyshire on the 22nd of November for the weekend. I'm now taking sign ups for this trip. This will be a mixed technique trip, on Saturday we'll be visiting the Oxlow and Maskhill caves which are vertical and we'll need to use our SRT skills to traverse them. On Sunday we'll be visiting Peak Cavern. The entrance part is a 'show cave' meaning that there's lights and tacky decorations. We'll be going past this tourist bit into the more interesting cave beyond. Peak is mostly horizontal, so no SRT required. *Christmas Curry 10/12/13* The caving club will be meeting up for our annual Christmas curry on Tuesday the 10th of December (in the evening). I haven't picked a venue yet but keep the date free! *Winter Tour 13/12/13 - 20/12/13* Also coming up is our winter tour! We stay for a whole week in Yorkshire meaning we can do far more challenging and adventurous trips than a normal weekend allows. Anyone is welcome to come, there's no need to come for all of it either. Let me know if you're interested.
