Well, I cannot unsubscribe you, I do not know which email notation was used to sign you up. Nag ICU announce if you really want to. 

Most email systems allow you to set up a filter/rule to automatically push emails meeting certain criteria to your junk or just straight up delete them. 

That is much easier than remembering which email you used back in first year.
