Dear cavers,
To more accurately reflect the roles we need to run the caving club, we would like to make changes to the caving club committee positions.
We propose to add the roles of
Web Master and Propaganda Officer. The Web Master would be responsible for maintaining the website. The Propaganda Officer would be in charge of collecting and publishing trip reports and sharing our adventures on social media.
Additionally, we would like to remove the position of Medical Officer, noting that we have the role of Health and Safety Officer.
Finally, we have been debating how to best integrate a Wellbeing Officer, and have decided to only make a decision after further discussion at our AGM, towards the end of Spring Term.
Please reply to this email with any objections to the proposed changes by noon on Wednesday 19/01/2022. If there are no objections, the current committee will vote
on these changes. A unanimous vote by the committee will allow us to make these changes to our constitution.
