Howdy. Internal Tournament We have SOLD OUT of tickets. Many apologies to any of you who didn't get one; as I said before we simply don't have the technology to organise a larger internal tournament. For those of you with tickets, make sure you arrive at the usual place as soon as possible (we would really like to get started at 6). If you don't have a partner, we'll sort you out when you get there. We will aim to have a half hour break for dinner (fill in the survey!) at about 7:30pm, and will try to finish at around 9-9:30. (Upshot: there is no normal bridge session this week, just the internal tournament) London Cup We will be sending around a form at some point this week asking for interest in playing in the London Cup. This is a universities tournament that Imperial is hosting this year on the 25th November. It will be a fantastic day, and many universities will be sending teams consisting of new players, so it will be a very friendly environment. Additionally, because we are hosting, there will be no entry fee. Make sure to sign yourself up! Christmas Dinner The elves at Bridge HQ are still working feverishly on the details, but they have assured me personally that it will comfortably be one of the top ten Bridge Christmas dinners hosted by Imperial this year.
