Hi everyone! The session this Monday will be in *Meeting Room 1* at *6pm*. I wanted to give you a heads up that the *AGM* will be held in couple of weeks. That means that if you are interested in running for any committee positions, simply email us or let us know about your interest during the session. The three roles are: *Chair/President *– Responsible for the day to day running of the club; provides teaching, enters competitions, and promotes the club. Financially responsible for club along with the treasurer *Treasurer *– Primarily responsible for the finances of the club, e.g. claiming expenses and managing budgeting. *Secretary – *Helps with the running of the club, sends out the weekly e-mail. Anyone, who is a member of the club, is allowed to run for a position. Should you have any questions, feel free to contact either me, Erik or Dominic. Further info will be sent to you in a week.
