Hi everyone, We would like to welcome you all back for another year of Bridge Club. Here is a current rundown of our status: Current measures voted on by the Imperial College Board of Trustees mean that weekly sessions will still need be held online on BBO (Bridge Base Online). We wish to return to in person sessions at Blackett 751 as soon as possible. Fortunately, we are planning an in person meet-up session in order to give a proper welcome to new members as well as those who have only played online. (Date TBC in future e-mail) We will also be organising an in person EGM (Emergency General Meeting) in order to change the club constitution during the first half of the autumn term - to be followed by drinks in the Union Bar. In order to take part and vote, you will need to renew your Bridge Club memberships, which can be done here<https://www.imperialcollegeunion.org/activities/a-to-z/bridge>. The 'Treasurer' position is up for grabs during Imperial's Autumn Elections, whose voting platform can be found here<https://vote.union.ic.ac.uk/>. Note that in order to stand for this role, membership is required. Since there's been a change in leadership, everyone will need to send their BBO username, either by e-mail or by direct message on the discord.
