Hi everyone, Monday's session will be as per usual in meeting rooms 4&5. Officially it starts at 18:30 due to the system not allowing to book sessions from 18:00 but we will be there at 6pm so if anyone wants to come early, you are welcome to do so, hopefully the rooms will be empty as the last time. 'Beginners', you will be taught how to quite safely screw your opponents' bidding and make their lives difficult, people willing to play against LSE on Saturday, you will taste a couple of competitive games against each other and everyone else can just come along and play some bridge! Time change

Hi everyone, Our next session will be again in Union meeting rooms 4&5 but from * 18:30-20:30* *(this also applies to every other session from now on)*. For beginners, we will be giving very quick examples of game tactics and overcalls and then you can practice with non-set up hands what you have learnt so far. Anyone else can just turn up and play... Afterwards, we will be heading to Wildwood (Gloucester Road 154-156) for the Welcome dinner so feel free to join us there around 21:00 even if you cannot make the session. Just make sure you have bought the membership please. Also, the friendly match against LSE we mentioned before will be held on Saturday, 3rd November from 13:00 to 18:00 at Imperial. Hi all, Just a quick reminder that tomorrow's session will be in Meeting rooms 4&5 from 6pm to 8pm. As mentioned before, the topic will be No trump contracts so if you wish, you can have a quick look at the presentation attached to this email. Also, the social dinner on 22nd Oct after our session will be in Italian restaurant Wildwood - http://www.wildwoodrestaurants.co.uk/ on Gloucester Road. Hey everyone, Thank you for coming yesterday, it was really nice to see that many people interested in bridge and we hope you enjoyed playing and learning some new stuff! Well done to the beginner group who picked up the introduction really fast so in the next session we can continue straight away with *No trump contracts* which can be very interesting! On Sunday, we will send one more email regarding the social dinner which will be on 22nd October after our regular session plus we will send you the upcoming presentation in it so that you can all have a quick look at it beforehand if you wish as the next session's theme will indeed be NT no matter what standard you are! The presentation from yesterday is attached to this email along with a bidding sheet which you will get on Monday and you can use it at every session to help you. If anyone could not make it to yesterday's session and would still like to learn bridge, you can check out the attached presentation and then just turn up for the next session. Have a great week! Greetings new and old bridge fans! Thank you all for coming to our stall at Fresher's Fair and showing interest in bridge. As mentioned, our first session will be held on Monday, the 08th October, at 6pm in Meeting Rooms 4&5 which are in East wing of Beit Quadrangle. You can find the exact location on a map attached to this email. There will also be one of us standing in front of the door to East wing. If still in doubt, you can contact us on one of the phone numbers on the flyer. Everyone is welcome as we will be running an introductory presentation for the beginners and some interesting deals for those of you who just want to play some bridge. The first session is for free so come along and try out some hands! The membership for the whole year costs £5 and it allows you to attend all our sessions, social events, tournaments and friendly matches.
