So a little bit about the position, ripped from our most recent AGM: "SECRETARY - In charge of keeping minutes of committee meetings, a small role but one that is absolutely essential!" Basically, it involves minimal effort - just turn up to meetings and write down what happens. If you don't know how to take minutes or even what minutes are, let me assure you that it's easy. And if you're especially worried, I've got a mini-book about it. As in, about five pages worth.
