Hello everyone, It's the 1st of August which means it's officially a new (union) year! The old radio committee have formally finished their tenure. Big thanks to them for leaving the station in such a good state, particularly my predecessor Aislinn Hayes who has performed admirably as President/Treasurer/Secretary. You all owe her a drink. I'm afraid that *your memberships will have expired* and if you want to do a show, you'll have to buy it again here<https://www.imperialcollegeunion.org/shop/club-society-project-products/radio-products/2960/radio-membership-13-14> before you have have either access to the members area to schedule it (this can take up to 24 hours) *or even to be on the keylist to get in the studio.* * * I personally have to manually put you on the keylist online and then the union people have to print it off. If you want to do a show in the next few days, you need to buy membership and then email me reminding me to put you on the list or you won't be able to get in :-( I'll try and be as quick as I can, but give me plenty of notice please. In other news from the Student Radio Association: The British Council, the UK’s international organisation for educational

opportunities and cultural relations, is offering six student radio stations the chance to produce and present their weekly radio show, The Selector.

Hosts get a load of custom jingles, an 'in-depth training session from Folded Wing' and a band/artist to come and perform for them.
