ANYONE FOUND DOING SO WILL IMMEDIATELY HAVE THEIR ACCESS REVOKED.* HEAD OF MUSIC As I briefly mentioned on the IC radio WhatApp chat, we are still lacking a Head of Music! (What is that, you ask???) The sustain playlist you hear when there are no shows on is curated by the Head of Music, who is responsible for ensuring that the music selection is up to date and enjoyable to listen to. They are also responsible for looking after IC Radio's vast collection of CDs and vinyl! This year we'd really want to kick the sustain playlist up-a-notch (aftering discovering that we have INTERNATIONAL LISTENERS ??) Some ideas we'd had were: * Different playlist for each day (have a kinda vibe per day etc.) * Have a couple hours / day where we exclusively play good tracks sent in by up-and-coming artists * Making spotify playlists of our sustain so people can find the music that they like These are just a couple suggestions, but it would really be up to the Head of Music the direction of our sustain! The Head of Music would then recruit a few people onto the Music Team to sort out said playlists, but the Head's role would be the overall direction and ensuring everythig is correctly uploaded onto Rivendelle. We have yet to decide a day for the EGM, but will let you guys know ASAP. Have a think whether or not you'd be keen to run for the role!
