Freshers' Week Special Schedule & open committee position
Hey everyone! August is winding down and your IC Radio committee is starting to stir itself into action, like a loveable sloth after an afternoon nap. So here we go! FRESHERS' WEEK SPECIALS This year, we're planning on promoting the station to the freshers with a special Freshers' Week schedule - we want to have as much "real" programming on during the first week of term as we can. You can do a show during any time-slot of Freshers' Week - myself and new Head of Programming guru Chris can schedule once-off programmes under your show names from last year. Or, if you already know that you want to do a new show (and its name) for this year, we can book it under that too! We might throw up some old shows in the slots that don't get filled. :) ASSISTANT STATION MANAGER POSITION A position has opened up on the committee for any radio enthusiasts who missed the AGM. Last year's assistant manager, Hamza Shaikh, has already thrown his name into the hat. If anyone else would like to go for it, please let me know by replying to this email!
