Hi guys, Short email from me, really just with regards to three things: Refreshers' Fair So ICRadio got a stall this year (believe it or not there's quite fierce competition), it's a week on Wednesday and anyone who's willing to help man the stall or want to take small groups down into the studio during the afternoon for tours etc is more than welcome to come and help! Social Event! Finally! So the ideas as they stand for this terms first social event are basically these: beer and biscuits in the physics common room again/a meal at nandos or somewhere similar and then the union/a decent club night somewhere. Does anyone have preferences? I'm personally leaning towards a meal somewhere then drinks... if enough people are interested we could pay a subsidy towards it and everyone loves free food. Imperial Fringe (see forwarded email) this is just on the off-chance that someone has an interesting project that they want to get out to a larger audience. I said I'd do Raghav a favour so let me know if you're interested! :) Long live the croc! Your members may be aware that the College hosts such public engagement evenings once a month. The next Fringe is on Thursday 19th February 2015 and will incorporate the themes of “Light”, “Art” and “Science”. We would love if the IC Radio could get involved with this evening. We’re looking into activities, demonstrations, talks and more for the event. The only requirement is that these include our themes. Please could you forward this e-mail to your members / mention the Fringe event at your next meeting. We are very happy to hear your ideas. Regards, Raghav
