The positions available are as follows: STATION MANAGER - In ultimate control of everything that happens at the station, and a great position to be in if you want to implement some change! Exciting, varied and challenging. HEAD OF PROGRAMMING - An adjusted position this year - they are in charge of all the programming output. That means arranging a schedule, keeping people making shows and finding new content. This is all about making the stuff ICRadio broadcasts as good as we possibly can Ask Rob what it's like on rg2112@ic.ac.uk HEAD OF TRAINING - A new position this year - this person is in charge of organising everyone's basic training in using the radio studio and also organising events to further everyone's competence with the equipment. They work with the technical manager to find out what is possible and how to do it.
