Hi guys, Hope the start of term was good for everyone. If you haven't got involved with radio yet this year then now is the time to do so! SHOWS Get in contact with Andy (agr06@ic.ac.uk) if you still to sort out some training to do a show, or if you want to get yourself scheduled in. The schedule will start filling up in the next few weeks so don't leave it to late if you want a regular show. T-SHIRTS We recently ordered a load of promotional t-shirts for the station. Feel free to come and take one and wear it around, we plan to give them out free at events and around campus to try and raise student awareness of what we do. DJING I'm currently putting together a list of djs at IC RADIO who like to play out at events. If you are interested in playing under the IC RADIO name then get in touch. MEMBERSHIP We're going to be having an overhaul of the key-list in the next few weeks as there's quite a few names on it which aren't relevant anymore. Plus we'll be using the list of members as a basis to create the new key-list. Finally, I need some help for tonight. We're helping out the C&G with their ball tonight in putting on a little stage. I've got some Jazz and Rock bands to play but we could really do with someone to DJ in between. You will get free entry to the events after (NYPC performing in DBs etc) and it should be some experience for djing out. If you're interested get in touch asap!
